Here is the chart established for the
moment of Jupiter’s entry in Aquarius for the first time in twelve years, knowing
that the last incursion occurred on January 22, 1997…
Jupiter symbolizes evolution and growth. Its
powerful magnetism helps us to progress when energy is received in a harmonic
way. It becomes a source of various excesses and problems when the giant planet
directed its rays in a dissonant way towards certain key elements of our birth
chart…
Generally speaking, this transit will be favourable
to the natives of the signs that are in positive astrological relationship with
Aquarius. Gemini and Libra are firstly concerned. Aries and Sagittarius come next.
The natives of Aquarius will have a little more difficulty to manage Jupiter’s energy
because it will increase the intensity of Chiron, Neptune and the North Node,
also in Aquarius. The errors done during the last twelve years or so could become
a source of serious disorders when Jupiter joins the Chiron/Neptune conjunction
in April and again in December, after a phase of “retrograde motion” which will
last from June 16 until October 14. During these few months, the concept of
evolution will tend to stagnate. The efforts provided will give true results
only from mid-October onwards, or before mid-June.
The natives of Gemini will be favoured on the
social plan. This transit could indicate a change of environment and an
increase in the need to get involved in philosophical, political or legal
actions. Important people may play a positive part in allowing their life to
expand in key areas. An important contract could be signed…
The natives of Libra will be luckier this year.
Aquarius corresponds to their solar house 5. Love, creativity, children, art
and all that makes it possible to find life pleasant will become a source of
satisfaction. It would be judicious to request a detailed forecast to determine
to what point Jupiter’s energy will act this year, knowing that opportunities
must be seized and exploited to derive the best from any of them. The
improvement will be much less interesting if you passively wait for “Jupiter’s
gifts” to arrive. You’re even likely to be disappointed…
The natives of Aries will be favoured on the
social plan. New friends and various improvements due to friendship will be
noticed this year. An implication in a charitable organisation could become a
source of profound satisfaction. Jupiter will transit in Aries in two years
time. 2009 may therefore be regarded as a year of preparation in view of more
profitable returns in 2011.
The natives of Sagittarius will benefit from Jupiter’s
energy (their planet) in the sectors of communication, human relationship and intellectual
activities. This transit should help them to get official results by means of an
important contact, exam, contest or contract. I think of a Sagittarius friend
(Gisele) a writer, who should publish her first novel this year. This Jupiter
transit will enable her to evolve more quickly through her work and recognition
of her talent.
Certain signs will be less friendly with Jupiter
this year. The natives of Leo, for example, will have to make an effort to
limit excesses. They are likely to be fooled by those around them who will take
advantage of their generosity. Jupiter in their solar house 7 will encourage
them to engage in all kinds of relations or partnerships from which various
problems will emerge. Only rigour and objectivity will allow them to avoid expensive
errors of judgment and other complications, in their private life as well as on
the social or professional level.
Taurus and Scorpio too will not be very much favoured
by this transit of Jupiter. The natives of Taurus will tend to aim too high and
are likely to clash with authority and hierarchy. Their projects will have to
remain “reasonable” to avoid failure and the difficulties which may result. The
natives of Scorpio will be concerned with family responsibilities following unexpected
events. A tendency to exaggerate the importance of people and things will make
them excessive with regard to family and residence. Disappointments are likely…
The other signs will be concerned in a much more
moderate way. However, do not base any conclusion solely on what you have just
read. Whatever your sign, your ascendant also intervenes, as well as the
positions of the planets around your chart. Each one of them represents a
“house” and is implied in various “aspects”. Studying the complete chart is the
only way to establish a detailed and personalized forecast. There are not two exactly
