Moon in Sagittarius

The transit of the Moon in Sagittarius today and tomorrow, will form conflicting aspects with Venus and Uranus on one side and Saturn on the other. The disturbances will show in our behavior through a tendency to confuse emotions and feelings. Storms will burst out here and there, in human relationships as much as weather-wise. Uranus in Pisces, opposed to Saturn in Virgo, makes the climate of our planet very unpredictable and capricious. This is also noticeable in the way we approach day-to-day issues, not knowing exactly what would be appropriate to let go of in order to change what needs to be changed as soon as possible. We oscillate lamentably between “yes and no”. This general tendency concerns everyone at various levels. Be it in the economy, in politics or in more ordinary subjects, the actual crisis is here to teach us how to manage it as well as possible, learning the lessons and getting some sort of human enrichment out of it.
The next two days will be important about this because, if emotions interfere with feelings, our personal interests may be at stake. Errors will be made through impulsive decisions, from anger or resentment, or because we will suddenly feel dominated by a strong emotion which will temporarily prevent objective reasoning…
During the next two days however, Neptune and Chiron will act favorably. These two celestial bodies are there to point out the greater moral and spiritual values of life which one should NEVER put aside under ANY circumstances. Without them, the worst disasters happen, the bloodiest wars are declared. It will thus be necessary to trust our intuition and to listen to our heart while analyzing matters and situations with maximum compassion. Compassion will save the world from the worst. It will save humans from their morbid ability to be interested in other people’s misfortune only to reassure themselves of the fact that they’re not so badly off after all…
My son, Ludovic, was explaining yesterday evening at dinner that our society had become what it is because people worry more about “living” than “surviving”. They thus progressively loose the taste for real combat which humans once needed to find everyday food. Indeed, all we have to do now is to enter a shop or a supermarket and fill our trolley with supplies according to our preferences and to our means. If means differ from one person to another, the “combat” is the same and reduced to its simplest expression; and that is to get as much pleasure and comfort we can from what we have. To find truer meaning to their life, some people give everything up; their house, their car, their job, their family, and leave on an indefinite journey to find the very roots of human existence. Far from promoting this kind of extreme resolution, I believe that it is essential to cultivate our dreams and to act upon them even if we have apparently nothing to succeed, i.e., no particular tools, assets or concrete means. Then, one rediscovers imagination, one becomes a child again, one feels the exaltation of the pioneer or the explorer who discovers a new region or another world, or that of the genius who invents a wonderful device, thanks to a brilliant idea which spouted out of his opened and “connected” mind. That’s why I enjoy astrology so much; because it always projects me into the future, into the unknown, into the darkness of tomorrow, where I try to shed as much light as possible. Whatever the passion, it is absolutely vital to take it on, whatever others think of it. It is the only way to find true happiness and purpose in life!
In the next article, on Friday, I will discuss the influence of the Moon in Capricorn.
Until then, take care and enjoy your life.
