VALENTINE DAY ASTROLOGY

The transit of the Moon in Libra today and tomorrow, will have a positive incidence in the life of the natives of this sign, as well as Gemini and Aquarius, who should benefit from various opportunities to improve their life in areas of interest. A stroke of luck could also be part of the enjoyment. A happy initiative, a decision taken in the heart of the action or a good reflex could spice up their life to improve the day and the rest of the weekend significantly.

Valentine’s Day should go rather well for most of us, children of the zodiac, in search of a better life and trying to avoid problems as much as we possibly can. Due to a Venus opposition to the Moon, our feelings will tend to interfere with our emotions, and vice-versa. Arians will be mainly concerned, but also Libras, who will not know what to say or do to express their love or to limit the intensity of their emotions.

Venus in Aries makes our feelings more fiery and impulsive. An effort to slow down for better control of emotions will be essential to avoid errors and the embarrassment or disappointment they may cause… Venus is square Pluto and Lilith, an aspect that will directly concern the natives of Aries, but also those of Capricorn, Libra and Cancer. Pluto can make their feelings quite morose or even morbid. In dissonance with Venus, Pluto often indicates emotional emptiness or solitude, interior sufferings and moral loneliness.

Love is a source of energy that we must absolutely use in a positive way. Even when all is bad in our life, love should never change into hatred (negative energy). This noble feeling has been used and abused so much since it has been “discovered” that we now tend to doubt its authenticity because it is known that one often imagines all kinds of reasons to love, inventing a sentiment that is strongly needed to survive in the individualistic jungle that the world has become in recent years.

Many are those who “don’t love because they really love, but because they need to love.” Love is food for life, a necessary fuel. Therefore, just as we need to eat, we need to love. I imagine with distress those who, solitary or abandoned, don’t have anyone to love. They may turn their attention to a pet or to plants, but that kind of feeling has little to do with what happens between two human beings. Even if many people’s feeling of love is very largely justified by a more or less obvious form of personal interest, it fills their days and nights in a positive way and allows them to dream, hope, share and create (or procreate in many occasions…) and that’s what really counts, or isn’t it?

For this Valentine Day, the square aspect between Venus and Pluto could give some of us a bitter taste to the day. It represents a degree of ambiguity, a risk of destruction or breakup, of disappointment or dissatisfaction. Perhaps the person you will think about is not the person who will offer you flowers this weekend? If that’s the case, still try to make the best out of it, taking advantage of such a privileged moment, accepting this mark of affection “gratuitously”, i.e., without any form of hidden interest or other negative thoughts… Mars and Jupiter are sextile Venus, an aspect that should help us benefit from the positive vibration of Venus which, “by the effect of our great generosity”, will enhance the taste of everything, even if the dish we have to eat is not the one we ordered…

Have a good weekend!
