Astrology, the key to a better life.

 Text Box: For thousands of years, since mankind discovered the sky and began to study the movements of the celestial bodies, their inquisitive minds have incited people to question the heavens. Astrology was born of such observation. Mother of all sciences it has given birth to astronomy, psychology, physics, mathematics and chemistry, to mention a few. Astrology permits us to understand and accept the great law of life cycles and to establish a link with the skies above, without which we couldn’t live as we have for the past millions of years.   To refute cosmic influences over terrestrial events is like refuting the presence of magnetic fields in the atmosphere and their effect upon all living things (plants, insects, animal and humans) only recently recognised. It is, unfortunately, what so-called scientists strive to emphasise, even though they have not studied astrology at all ! To them, it seems, only “God” knows what the future holds. But can they scientifically prove the existence of God more than the influence of the planets ? The truth is that many scientists, astronomers, biologists or physicists strongly believe in astrology, but will never admit it openly (except for a few, such as Lyall Watson in the seventies) by fear of being dismissed by their colleagues and superiors alike.   The need to forecast or foresee is inherent to human nature. It is a major trait of our developed intellect compared to that of other mammals. We need to know what the future holds, in order to prepare or to preserve ourselves, as well as to derive the maximum benefits from life’s events, climate changes and from all sorts of opportunities.   I believe that astrology is one of the surest and most precise tool to give a true and positive answer to the equation of life. Used daily or at specific times, it gives excellent results. As for all other trade, however, it must be carried out by an experienced, dedicated and honest person. In our modern Western society, where profit and self-gain are lost important values, too many people are seeking to exploit others in any way they can. Astrologers are therefore often considered charlatans and marginalised. Their mission is nevertheless truly altruistic and, despite the financial side of their work, do their best to help whenever they can. Some are, nonetheless, better than other, more experienced, more sincere and honest.
